Use and application
The ROVER 12 filter sheet is typically used as a polishing stage after coarse filtration. It can be applied to white, rosé or red wines, as well as other beverages where improved clarity is desired. Always follow your filtration system manufacturer’s instructions regarding sheet installation, flow direction and operating pressure.
For best results, flush the sheets according to the equipment guidelines before starting filtration, and monitor flow and pressure during operation. Replace sheets when they become saturated or when flow rate drops significantly.
